Workday Rebrand

Workday is a cloud-based software vendor specializing in human capital management (HCM) and financial management applications such as recruiting, payroll, talent management, and time tracking.

With the main problem being only 1% of individuals have self-actualized (according to humanistic psychologist Abraham Maslow), this project aims to reevaluate Workday's brand positioning, make it more attractive to the Gen-Z population, and support businesses of all sizes in achieving their distinctive goals. The rebranding process will include the redesign of the Workday website, logo, brand messaging, and other marketing collateral.

 

The primary aim is to showcase the company's innovative technology, ease of use, and commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Workday prioritizes helping businesses achieve their goals by redefining WORK with greater efficiency and meaning, allowing employees to achieve self-fulfillment in the workplace. When employees thrive, companies thrive, therefore a positive workplace culture as a result of fulfilled employees can lead to a better company outlook overall.
